Leadership

DENISE COOPER

As President and CEO, Denise is responsible for Cooper Engineering's entire operations. She works closely with controllers to organize and develop strategies to achieve company goals. Denise was a co-founder of Cooper Backhoe and Equipment in 1988. She has since led and guided Cooper Engineering into its role as a prominent leader in the barrier-rail industry. Denise has a B.S. from California State University Fullerton.
